🏪 Business Listing & Removal Policy

1. Where business pages come from

• Owners — business owners register and manage their own page.
• Our team — to help local people find businesses, we add pages from publicly available information (the business's own website, government and public directories, maps, and the business's social pages). Sometimes we use AI-assisted research, and our team reviews everything before it is published.
• Visitors — people can suggest a business; we check it before it is published.

Pages that were not created by the owner say so clearly and show an "Is this your business?" link.

2. What we show — and what we don't

• Public business details only: name, category, address, map, the business phone number, hours, and photos the business itself published.
• We do not list private home addresses or personal details.
• Phone numbers are not printed on the page; they appear only when a visitor taps "Show number" (this stops automatic scraping).

3. Choices for the owner

1. Claim it free — tap "Claim this business" on the page, then update the details, photos, hours and offers yourself.
2. Correct wrong details — write to us and we will fix them.
3. Hide the phone and contact details — the page stays, but the phone, WhatsApp and email are hidden and the page says they are hidden at the owner's request.
4. Remove (unpublish) the page — the page is taken off the website.

4. How to ask

Use the contact form with the topic "Remove or hide my business details": Send a request

The "Hide phone / remove page" link on each business page fills in that business for you. You can also use the email or phone below.

5. How we confirm you are the owner

To prevent false requests, please contact us from the business phone number or email shown on the page, or send proof (a photo of the shop board, GST or trade licence). If needed we will call the business number to confirm.

6. How long it takes

Once we have confirmed you are the owner, we hide or remove the details within 7 working days (usually much sooner) and let you know.

7. Wrong information or misuse

If a business page is wrong, the business has closed, or someone is misusing your name, tell us with the same form — we will look into it quickly.
