↩️ Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. What we sell

Using the website, adding a business and sending news are free. Our paid services are all digital services delivered on this website:

• Shop Kit plans (Basic, Pro and others) — extra tools on your business page for a fixed number of days.
• Featured listing — a top position in search and on the home page.
• Banner ads — on the towns and pages you choose, for the months you choose.

Every payment is a one-time payment: nothing renews or is charged again automatically. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown clearly before you pay.

2. Delivery of services

• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking — through Cashfree): your plan or Featured listing starts immediately after the payment succeeds.
• Direct UPI payments (with the UTR number): started after we check the payment, usually within 24 hours.
• Banner ads: published after we check the design, usually within one working day.
• Nothing is shipped: every service is delivered on the website. The payment details and receipt are in your account (My payments).

3. Cancellation

• Cancel before the service starts (while a UPI payment or a banner is still being checked) and you get the full amount back.
• Once a service has started it runs until the end of its period; it does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

4. Refunds

You get the full amount back when:

• money was taken from your account but the service did not start within 3 working days;
• you paid twice for the same thing (the second payment);
• a banner was refused under our rules and you choose not to correct it;
• you cancel before the service starts (see above).

After a service has started we do not refund unused days, except where the law requires it. Business pages or ads removed for breaking our terms are not refunded.

5. How to ask for a refund

Approved refunds are made within 5–7 working days to the same method you paid with (UPI, card or bank account). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
